Over or Under 8 1/2 games?

As an eternal tiger optimist, I feel like I should bet the farm on LSU winning at least 9 games in the regular season. Am I crazy, or is 9 a lock?

over. no reason we shouldn't win at least 9 or 10 in the reg season. anything less than 9 should be viewed as a failure

Where did you find 8 1/2? Is this a website or a bet with a friend? Vegas has 9 as the over/under from what I've seen. I think over is a better bet than under on 9 wins. 8 1/2 wouldn't be a lock, but it would be a great bet worth a lot of my money.

Betting on LSU (a team you love) is never smart. But of course your going to do what you want to do anyway, the rant really going to actally talk you into or out of your decision?

And furthermore "betting the farm" on any team-season or game is not wise. I assure you their are many more sob stories and po' folks then people that actually struck it rich betting.

Bayou--Southern Miss fan?? I'm headed to the ROCK to see them play Virginia. Nothing compares to Tiger Stadium but always enjoy myself in Hattiesburg. To the top!!
