So, they were 11-4, not 12-4, but let’s not mention that they won 9 in a row prior to the Georgia series, which included a sweep over Vandy. All goes back to the 20 out of the last 26. Crazy how just mentioning that they are a solid team playing well at the end of the season can cause some to lose total objectivity. Is your point that Tennessee is not a good team?

What a hobby you have.

Why did you start this “brether “ shite? Just curious, cause you’re the only person I’ve ever heard say that .

Yes, but then let’s not mention that they lost 8 of 11 right before that, which included series losses to the 3 best teams they played all year. You keep wanting to create arbitrary cutoffs to bolster your argument. The fact that there are ways to break it down that tell a different story shows that they have been up and down and not as consistently strong as you are trying to make them seem.

Did you see the reactions of the tenn players in the dugout. Even they thought it was an overreaction and he was crazy.

I wish we could save Skennes for Wake, but it's not going to happen. I'd go Hurd vs Wake he has bigger upside.

We will have our hands full with Tennessee.
Not with Skenes pitching
He won't need much run support

I’m curious to see how Oral Roberts does on the other side
My guess is they'll have a Stony Brook-esque showing.

I don’t get all the Ty Floyd hate. He’s 7-0 with opponents batting .216 against him. While he hasn’t pitched great in every outing, he hasn’t done so terrible of a job that he’s got a loss.

It’s not “hate” with Floyd, it’s frustration both from him and Wes Johnson calling his game where he can’t seem to be efficient.

Hopefully Charles Schwab Field will mask some of Tys deficiencies as an SP (mainly giving up the long ball)

The solo homers don’t bother me, it’s the walks and the crazy amount of deep counts.
Now maybe those happen because of the fear of giving up a homer, so hopefully with a park that plays bigger, Floyd and Johnson will look to attack the zone more.
