Tre Bradford status is unknown.
I heard on radio yesterday that he's expected to play. We'll see I guess.
I read that this morning

Hurry up for the sake of hurry up is not smart football. This offense struggles with the basics. So you want them to hurry up to fail.
Most of the problem appears to be the OC overthinking every play.

Ed said he would know by the end of the week whether he was eligible or not.

Peetz is nothing like Brady and Max isn’t Joe. Trying to recreate the 2019 offense is the dumbest thing and it infuriates me every time O says that’s the goal. Brady have Joe all the leeway to change the play based on what he saw. Every play Joe would have 3 different plays he could choose from at the line based on what he was seeing. This year Max spends more time looking toward the sideline than he does trying to identify the Mike and read the defense.

Pretty scary when T Bob calls you out for your offensive strategy not working after two freaking games. What in the heck is Peetz doing? Meerkat sucks, we knew that after 1 quarter in the first game. Ed has absolutely no idea what his staff is doing. I don’t care if we win 8 games somehow, he has to go.

Let's hope that if O is still here next year and beyond, that his kid is better at being an analyst than he is a QB. He fricking sucked.
ETA: for those of us that don't regularly listen, does Hester ever ask O any hard questions?

Damn sure going to be a harder game than last week. Central Michigan is better than Macnesee for sure but in the end LSU wins. A loss at this point might call for immediate firing.

I've been doing these write ups just this year but I can't say that I have ever heard one. Appears they don't want to lose access.

Ed said he would know by last Friday if he’s eligible or not too.

Is it soft ball shite like this:
"Coach, that was a tough game but where do you see improvement going forward?"

I guess you don't understand why they look at the sidelines if you think this is true. And 3 plays? Also a guy in his 5th yr as qb will be given more responsibilities than a true sophomore

quote:I don't think so. Their QB is a statue, Maason will have another 3 sacks, poor QB will be beat down.
CMU will stay within a touchdown if not win the game.
LSU is not good. CMU is decent and certainly a well coached team.
Could be Troy all over again. They’re very capable of beating this LSU team.

Ed is starting to look a little rocky, but if our compliance wasn't a dumpster fire all though out it. I guarantee we would see a better team in all aspects from recruiting to the play on the field. When you have a x lineman who plays in the NFL tweeting if u want to smoke weed don't go to LSU. I bet that makes a big impression on a 17-18 year kid who's about experience that fun college life style. Play on the field you will not be losing players on suspensions or transferring out because I failed marijuana drug test. Our compliance is a big problem

I loved Hester as a player but he’s a suck up yes man on the radio. I want O to go on Culotta’s show now that he isn’t encumbered by his former bosses. I think he would go in hard on O.

Why was it the lineman who transferred to Kentucky is playing and Bradford is still a no go?
This has nothing to do with compliance, at least not the way you are thinking. It’s because his Dad is raising hell about him leaving OU and claiming there was improper contact from LSU. His eligibility should be a formality since he’s returning and that’s allowed, but I have a feeling we are just playing it safe here. We have enough problems with the NCAA. There’s no need to play a guy if it could end up costing you down the road. It will play out.

I don't believe anything that he says just passing the information along.

Yeah... that isn't happening.

So if the freshmen RBs looked so good all fall. So good all week. Why not play ahead of the guy who doesn’t ever look good.

Then why didn’t he play vs UCLA?
Reminds me of Miles’ famous quote when Russell Shepard didn’t see the field in his first couple of games “you would have loved to have seen the plays we had drawn up for him”
