There is an ongoing investigation into this.

From the OP...
quote:

Lawmakers have demanded Ed Orgeron testify after Gloria Scott said Friday that Orgeron rejected her request to punish Derrius Guice after he allegedly sexually harassed her.

This is from The Advocate article this morning...
quote:

“We will speak to Ms. Scott and speak to Coach O and we’ll get you an answer,” the attorney, Winston Decuir, said. “If he lied, we’ll deal with Coach O.”

Winston Decuir is an attorney for LSU.

Winston G. DeCuir, Jr. serves as the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel for Louisiana State University. In that role, he is the legal advisor to both the LSU President and the LSU Board of Supervisors.

I'm not defending anyone.

I am saying to not be too quick to judge for this case or any case. That happened at Duke and it was wrong then and it is still wrong.

You seriously just linked some idiot screaming into a microphone about people not reading the report and he himself clearly didn’t read it or he would know that Husch Blackwell never spoke with her.

Do you have any actual quotes from Scott saying she didn’t speak to Orgeron?

Guice and O are tied to the hip with most of his accusations that happened while he was at LSU so it’s no shocker to see you defending them

And my opinion goes both ways on the judging front. I remember when LSU message boarders were freaking out because Guice dropped in the NFL draft.

Now everyone can see why.

O fricked up saying anything. How the frick wouldn't you remember talking to a 74 year old woman about what Guice did?

Because maybe he didn’t? She didn’t know what coach she spoke to. O has one of the most distinctive voices on earth, I think anyone would remember if that’s who they talked to.

People just keep saying this. Can you provide a link to her saying she didn’t know who she spoke to?

When I said "where did you get that from" this is what I was talking about

but grabbing this nuts while sexually harassing someone is difficult for you to imagine

I got it from a post earlier in this thread. A poster brought up the same thing I did. Guice grabbing his nuts and sexually harassing that woman. You responded
quote:

Has this been proven? Has Guice admitted to it?

To which I would think that for someone who has multiple rape allegations and well as strangulation and assault charges related to domestic violence, the actions described really aren't that far fetched.

As I mentioned earlier, nobody has denied Guice's actions. Verge nor Segar have come out and said "when I talked to Guice about the incident he denied it." Everyone has admitted to knowing about it. The only denial has been of Coach O's direct contact with the security guard. Which was then changed from a firm denial to a plausible denial.

And to be honest, you're dismissal of Guice's actions as a "mating ritual" or "that's just what kids do these days" or "that's how college guys hit on girls these days" is pretty disturbing. That type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated or excused.

Okay, to be even more specific, this is what I was talking about.

The world is different. The sooner you accept it the better it will be for you.

Another story:
A man I work with took his son and his son's best friend out to eat one weekend. His son is 16 and has never had a girlfriend that he is aware of. They go in and sit down at a table. His son is sitting across from his friend.

The dad is looking around and was blown away by all the young female talent in the place. He looks at his son and his nose is buried in his phone. His buddy is the same way.

Trying to turn their attention to the hotties he asked his son "what are you doing that is so important?". His son says he is texting. So he asks the buddy the same question and gets the same answer. SO he asks his son "who are you texting?" His son tells him he is texting his buddy. The one who is sitting about 2 1/2 feet from him across the table.

Kids are changing and it is not for the better. They don't socialize like in the past. Sometimes on the way home from work I will get stopped by a bus in my neighborhood. There are so many kids that get off that it takes 3 to 5 minutes to unload. The first time I was thinking the bus was dropping them off in the wrong neighborhood. You never see children in this neighborhood.

You obviously didn't watch the entire segment because you are an idiot who has already convicted the defendant in the court of public opinion and just exactly what he was reeling about. Indeed, you are exactly the kind of ignoramus he was reeling about.

Right! She sounds exactly like the kind of "credible" witness the O haters are looking for. Let's go to trial.

You think people actually want the sexual misconduct allegations against LSU to get worse?

It would be terrible for LSU if it comes out that he lied to the investigation firm. It could possibly call the whole thing into question. This has nothing to do with "hating Orgeron" no matter how much you want to spin it that way.

Correct, I stopped watching when he began screaming information that wasn’t correct. What specifically did I miss?
