Absolutely. They don't want us pushing in their shite again.

Lmfao there is 1 random ads hole downvoting the people who were disgusted about a child molesting. Heimlich is that you?

If you want more on this story- here is an actual investigative journalist article
I just read it for the first time. I can actually believe that the guy might actually be innocent.
And either way, I think he has paid his debt, taken his medicine, and is ready to be a productive member of society.
I know this won't fit with the mob mentality of those who want to hang the guy, so blast away.

How often do children that young make up stories like this and stick to them?
Serious question.
Serious question.

I can almost see a scenario where the vindictive ex-wife could convince the kid to make something like this up.
For those who haven't read the article above, Josh is Luke's brother and the father of the girl that Luke allegedly molested. Josh and his wife got a divorce not long before the alleged incident, and Josh was the one who got custody of the kids. When the woman doesn't get custody, to me that raises red flags about the mom. Could she have put the kid up to it?? It's not impossible...

I looked that up and found conflicting reports Cat
Some doctors/psychologists said the child would crack and the cops would see through it
Some said the child with a young mind can convince themselves something that didn’t happen did, to the point in which it becomes reality. Especially if they had an adult coaching them

I haven't met a single child who made up something like that
Posted on 5/31/18 at 12:12 pm to IM_4_LSU
Well I haven’t met a single child that told the truth about something like that either

There's no question that can be the case whenever small children recall past events.
We have examples of psychologists planting false memories in adults.

Yep... I can't rule out that the mom could have done this.

This is correct. When the further details came out, I am 50/50 on whether he did it or not

That story is a biased joke. Whatever you need to excuse yourself for rooting for a pedophile, though.

Hope NW kicked his arse if he pitches and LSU knocks his sick in the dirt for the regional

He has passed several lie detector tests

You and everyone else is judging this guy based on your age now and what you know now.
I am in no means defending him against the accusations but they were made by a child. I have known people who were accused of molesting their own kids (it was a custody battle thing where the mother "fed" the ideas to the kid.
It is proven fact that boys mature more slowly than girls of the same age. I can remember a male cousin being very immature at the age of 15. If Heimlich did this, he deserves whatever repurcussions fly his way.

Jake, without getting mad, what makes you think 100% he did it?
