Is football against your core beliefs or the people playing it?

I’m wondering what you’re gonna do with your free time as a lot of movies, TV, Music are made by liberals.

First, what Orgeron said was about as benign a comment as possible. He was asked directly what he thought about Trump giving him compliments and that Trump supported playing football this year. Orgeron said what's akin to "coach speak." He would have said the same damn thing regardless of who was in office because it's the classy thing to do. But regardless of all that, let's say he does support Domlad Trump and will be voting for him. It is an indictment on society, not Orgeron, that someone supporting not just a political candidate but a sitting US president is considered insensitive. That's complete horseshite and anyone truly offended by someone voting for a certain candidate has some issues they need to reconcile.

I’m actually not even a Trump supporter, but I couldn’t have said this better myself.

100% agree

Why? If you’re a white coach and 90% of your players are African-American you better damn well listen. Thats called leadership

Try to separate your political views from this. It’s about the team trusting him.

What the players are the ones bringing politics into this. There is no separating it

There is no social injustice. If these players are going to start this shite I am officially done following all college football too. I already dont watch pro sports because they want to bring politics and other crap to light. If they so worried about whats going on, how come they dont march when innocent police officers die. Or when blacks kill other blacks senselessly. Fellas is quite simple. Obey the police and you wont have issues. Simple as that. Quit letting the news media distort your way of thinking. Wake up.

We don’t execute people for “breaking the law” with the single exception of murder and even then, they are innocent until proven guilty.

And, IMO, those players are being ridiculous. And if Trump wins (again), does that mean the majority of our country is wrong or does it mean maybe just maybe the sky screamers need to do some self reflection.

Several things wrong with your statement.

First off, it’s well within these players rights to not want to play for someone who supports a political candidate they themselves do not support.

Secondly. Trump didn’t actually win the majority of votes the first time, so he in fact was NOT the majority of the populations choice. (Don’t give me any conspiracy theory nonsense about illegals voting or fraudulent voting because Trumps own investigation into it found nothing. To the point that his own party was telling him to shut up about “fraudulent voting” because it just doesn’t exist in any significant numbers).

Except that phony Pete Carroll wants to be liked, Pop could care less if you like him or not.

Lol. He’s a Pete Carroll race theory proponent. He’s for whatever helps Pete.

I’m convinced none of the coaches give a shite about any of this and neither do most of the players. It’s a grab for attention and power.

Absolutely, but in the real world that makes it hard to function. If you go around all your life avoiding folks who may disagree with you politically or on socially, IMHO you are being week-minded and shallow. Frickin Gundy can't even wear a t-shirt without damn near getting fired. That's pathetic.

So says the racist. Don’t worry, I wouldn’t expect you to understand something so complex as leading people.
