Kinda feel like that’s a mistake that shouldn’t be made in the first place. Super happy with his hires this season and I feel like we’re well on the path to being a contender again, but god damn how are you going to give someone $1,000,000 a year without speaking to them first?

its one thing to avoid coach speak but O just barfed everywhere. How embarrassing for SJW scotty as well, he allowed a contract that was insane to be given to a guy that wasn't even interviewed.

Honestly probably worse look for him than even O. O did something stupid, probably because he was busy celebrating and chasing tail. However, that is expected from O, he is a DL coach/character after all.
SJW Scotty is the AD and approved a massive contract without realizing Bo wasn't interviewed by O. The TAF should be after his head over his 5 million dollar shitting of the bed.

That is not a good look from anyone involved. O and Woodword both need to own that L and defer a sizable portion of their salary to charity for the next few years.
The flippancy that our University treats these millions of dollar buyouts makes it very hard to feel sympathetic to the calls for donations.

This should be the end of Scott. it was rumored for months this happened. He at best did something stupid in not checking that O interviewed him or worse put the idea for Bo into Os head and then let him not interview him and just handed him 5 million. We put that on top of all the other work he has done/failed to do and its a nasty list of failures for the best AD in the country.
Perhaps this was O sending his own shot at SJW Scotty for his stupid shite last week where he rolled O under the bus for no reason at all by failing to side step a simple question.
