Has it been discussed yet how dumb the Oregon player who thought he had a interception was?

I still don't understand what was going through that kids head.

Not to mention all of the Oregon fans who cheered when they thought it was a pick (understandable) but then went batshit crazy when he rolled on the ground then got up and ran it in. I had to give the Oregon fan next to me WTF stare for sure.

It was obvious to me what he was doing.

He was fricking with JLee's head.

He knew he was down, but he knew JLee's history and wanted to try to frick him up mentally.

What a douchebag.

I think the player did it to get in JL's head, bring up the "Pick 6" memories and all.

Now the fans on the other hand..... They're just retarded.

he was trying to sell it pretty good until he got up and ran thinking that he was playing in the nfl.

He tried to confuse the refs and make them think he caught it and rule interception.

All about deception man.

ID 10 T syndrome. For both the player and the fans. I was watching on TV and could hear them getting louder and louder as he got closer to the EZ.

Same as the guys who pick up an obvious dropped pass/incompletion and start running it back like it's a fumble.

Oh it was embarrassing. I'm sitting there the whole time shouting "he's down you moron, HE'S DOWN!!!" You'd figure someone who's done enough college ball would remember that little tidbit.

it was an insanely stupid call; both knees touched the ground at least twice AFTER he had "possession". I can understand missing that it wasn't an INT but calling it as if it was Tracy Porter in the superbowl when he was clearly down was just insane.

Hey, if the refs didn't catch it, he get a pick 6. He did look dumb and he was winded. I was hoping we would go right back to him because he was gassed.

The kid wasn't messing with anyone's head. He was just confused like a whole lot of other oregon ducks that day.

Before replays it might make sense to try something like that but with replays it is just retarded.
