I go to someone normal if Giselle has been sleeping with some unsavory characters. I don't want my penis to fall off.

They require a credit or debit card typically. They'll probably take cash if you pay the deposit fee upfront.

They want a credit card and not a debit card. I know this because I have one for this purpose. My wife and I never wanted credit cards but you can't live without one. I wanted to rent a car and they wanted a paystub, a utility bill, etc. and I just said, I am applying for the most attractive card offer that comes in.

They will take a debit card and place a hold for the deposit amount and then refund it.

I rent cars from Hertz at minimum once a month...

Here in oregon they want a utility bill and a paystub if you rent with a debit card. They will hold. At least that is what they wanted when I first started renting and didn't want any credit cards. I got one just because of the hassle.

I don't know if that was hertz though.

Straight from Hertz's website:

quote:

For Reservations: Debit cards and Hertz Credit Cards are not valid forms of payment for prepaid rates. Please note that at the time of rental, you will need to present a current driver's license and a major credit card. Most, but not all, Hertz locations also accept debit cards. Use of a debit card to rent a vehicle is subject to a review of your credit history. We will authorize your credit/debit card for an amount of $200 above the total estimated rental charges, if we can not secure credit approval for this amount, we will decline your rental. If you have questions about the acceptability of your form of payment, call Hertz.

I haven't run into a Hertz location that did not take debit cards. And this includes OR.

I was renting at enterprise. That may be the problem. However, even hertz runs your credit. Think Harris is passing that with unpaid tickets? Those become judgements really fast. Anyway, that was a long time ago too. You can't live without a credit card easily.

We might be splitting hairs, but I think it is against NCAA rules for her to rent it PERIOD!

Even if he pays her back, it is a benefit.

The key thing here is she is an Oregon employee. This WILL NOT go away, not in light of all else the NCAA has had to deal with lately.

Seriously doubt that will happen, but I would expect Les to be poking a stick in an open wound though.

But didn't she say that she rented the car for herself? How long did she need it and how much did she pay? And shouldn't she have known that she was breaking the rules of the rental company? And the university? I couldn't make up a story like this. there is Fail everywhere. And couldn't he charged with endangerment? Reckless driving? Don't get me wrong, I don't care if he plays or not. But sometimes when people lie to get themselves out of trouble, it just makes things worse. Always tell the truth and you want have to remember what you said.

School admin cannot hand out benefits of any kind especially cars. I have no idea if this will be a major or a minor but it will be a violation. She will be fired IMO

It's not a benefit if they paid for the car.

I have said 17-14 LSU because it will basically be a home game.

I love how games in TX are considered a home game. It's a frikking 8 hour drive from or an 1h20m flight. That's like LSU fans saying it was a home game for A&M when we played them in Jan.

San fran is 12 hours from us. However, what is your alumni base like there and Oregon's...so, c'mon, give me a break.

CBS just reported this and said that Oregon probably dodges any violations. The benefit is really going to be, the admin gave him the ability to rent a car that was not there if he wasn't an athlete? Seems pretty loose.

The fact that we have some alumni there doesn't make it a home game by any stretch of the imagination.
