The Jugs machines are not, that is my understanding. If you have info that they are, then please share it. Maybe things have changed. THAT would be great news.

Most major passing programs have figured out how to get WRs access. Keys and key cards have worked just fine. And security cameras are everywhere.

Most equipment has to be checked out, even by coaches. Not sure if that's the case at LSU or not

Coaches don't want players grinding 247.

That is NOT the case. My question is if you believe that SHOULD be the case.

If that's not the case, then what the hell have you been crying about all of this time?

What in the world would make you even entertain the idea that I think that should be the case?

No one is talking about grinding 24/7. And I doubt coaches need to check out weight training equipment.

Nearly 100% of elite WRs at the college and NFL level are getting a minimum of 100 Jugs reps a day 365. Denying this is silly, Roger.

It would be like wanting an elite golf team, but making the practice range and putting and chipping greens hard to access.

How many are LSUs getting?

100 reps per receiver would take most of an afternoon

This dude took a tongue in cheek statement from a coach who was purposely talking up Landry and OBJ, and has adopted it as pure fact. With supposed data to back it up.

Probably none (Jugs reps) in the offseason. Maybe 10 or so during most in-season practices.

Yes, it could, if there are not enough machines, and things aren't in a permanent set-up and organized well.

But a single WR can get 100 reps in 5 minutes with ease. However, there are 30 receivers on the offense, and about the same number of skill-position-players on the defense.

How is that any different from every other offseason? It happens every year, and it happened with the last HC too. People always set themselves up to excuse losses that haven’t happened yet, and other people always set in-stone expectations for the team before a game is played.

In Roger's eyes, this is the only coaching staff in the history of LSU football to be unfairly treated. Before, during and after the season.

No other coaching staff in LSU history was treated badly.

You've been on a crusade about the equipment room not having 24 hour access without prior notification. Now you're saying it's not the case?

That’s a football every 3 second which would not only require a jugs machine but 100 footballs in continuous stream.

Cut the crap. There was NOTHING tongue-in-cheek about Beckham/Landry having to break in to get Jugs reps.

WRs should be able to use the Jugs Machine 24/7 without any kind of restriction.

Locking the doors to a facility containing millions in football equipment and office supplies is not acceptable.

Do we even have any evidence that the WRs can't get access when they want to?

If it's important enough to them, they'll schedule time to get the work in.

Watch Beckham in the video on the front page of TD today. He's catching them at about a 3-second rate - 17 catches in about 45 seconds - pretty normal. (And he's throwing the ball back to the machine each time). 5 or so balls per machine is more than enough.
