No other coach at LSU baseball made questionable decisions? Everyone here hated Paul for leaving in a pitcher too long. Or not taking out a pitcher earlier.
Some fans here are experts at baseball it seems yet no one is making millions of dollars coaching a college baseball team.
Of course he makes questionable decisions. All coaches do. Some fans act like Jay is the only coach who has ever made those decisions before.

Two of his seasons at Arizona they didn't make a regional, and they only hosted a regional once in his five full seasons. Also, his first team that made the finals was built by Andy Lopez.

His logic is that Lopez is a better coach apparently. Even tho Lopez was coach for 13 years and only had 2 CWS appearances. He won it in 2012 but 3 straight seasons after failed to make the regionals. Jay comes in and immediately goes to CWS final. Brings his team back to CWS. Only 5 full seasons as HC and 2 CWS appearances. Yet Jay body of work sucks apparently according to that guy.
