Who is in charge of putting STARS on High School players????

And how many 5-star players have failed once they get to college???

Bottom line is you can be ANY star.. its about how you are coached once you get to college.... FACT.... Look at Dupree... He was SO-CALLED A great WR.. He went in the 7h round and basically was A failure at LSU..

So this is your argument for why O did so poorly...?

So Cutcliffe was infinitely more successful than Orgeron, what exactly is your point?

Uhh... ok? What does this tend to prove in defense of Orgeron's abysmal failure at Ole Miss?

My god children I said that ppl didn't look into the situation O took over at Ole Miss and that he had no chance. If you go back and look at what happened to Cutcliff and O you'd see that. That's what I said then you have these moron jumping me for it instead if looking at the situation because that would be too much work.

Good question ...I'll say no to that , I'll take this over Miles only because he continuously made me believe change was coming and it never materialized . At least with Canada and Aranda , I really enjoy these two coaches . Aranda , to me, is the best defensive coordinator in the nation and I really buy into what Canada wants to do on offense.

I'll admit , the model , if it works could revolutionize the coaching game. I am not certain LSU can strike gold with hiring coordinators every few years , however.

Okay. That's cool. Thanks for the candid response.

I'm not saying Orgeron is a slam dunk by any means, though I am a lot more optimistic about it than you. I hope he proves you wrong, as I'm sure you do too.

Miles took over a far worse situation at Oklahoma State and had success.ole miss was 2 years removed from a 10 win season.

Come on Mad,there is for excuse for 3 conf wins in 3 years. If Derek mason can get 3 wins in one year at Vandy then Orgeron shouldve had more in 3 years.

I'm not sure what you think you're seeing but everyone knows Cutcliffe was fired after one losing season just before Orgeron was hired. That doesn't mean Orgeron didn't have a chance. Even if you assume Cutcliffe left the program totally disfunctional Orgeron should have been seeing results by year three instead of going winless in the conference. The fact is he had the worst tenure at Ole Miss in at least a generation.

what? hiring the best staff you can and managing by results is revolutionary?

bull shite. it's the way it's done. sure, HC's have backgrounds on one side of the ball and are more hands on due to their background but the KEY is and always has been managing by results. there is no other way a HC could do it given the massive quantity of tasks he has to do.

Well if NO ONE knows, then you cannot say there is zero proof and no shred of evidence. Because as you say unequivocally NO ONE KNOWS.
As usual no logic or reasoning, just blind arrogance and bigoted useless blathering.

What?

Im saying there is zero proof either way which is exactly what i said. Its ok little guy, the world needs adults with the reading comprehension skills of a toenail, too
