Are you just a generally unhappy person? LSU's offense is 29th in scoring offense and 13th in total offense in the country. 2nd in rushing defense and 3rd in total defense. You serious right now? This time is light years better than last year already. No I don't think we are a national championship team this year but don't be surprised if we make the playoffs. Our loss to Ole Miss was specifically because of the difference in QB play. If OM didn't have Trinidad they'd be 1-3 right now. Sam has had a few blunders but he's improving. Calm down Nancy.

Our wins are looking less impressive considering how bad Clemson is and A&M will continue to lose games. So we need to clean the UK & MSU games and be ready for November.

I agree that the "play soft" 1st half against Ole Miss probably cost LSU the game...24-7 at halftime and gave up 1 score the 2nd half. It is hard to judge how good LSU is right now because Clemson and A&M are simply NOT good! Two other things..1) take out the starters earlier when the game is no longer in doubt. Kiffin complains about injuries and yet the probabilities are higher the more plays the starters are in there. Plus you want "next man up"....give those guys a chance to get experience IN GAMES! 2) and my annual pet peeve. Put twin safeties back on punt returns...add an up back. Tired of seeing balls hit the ground and roll with the danger of shorter punts hitting an LSU blocker.
But he motivates the team for every game, makes good tactical decisions in games, seems to play the best players, like the up tempo which if nothing else reduces the chances of delay of game or having to call timeouts, and is a superb evaluator of talent in the transfer portal.

I would give him an 8. There’s a stat that he needs to improve on that they highlighted Saturday night on the broadcast. LSU has gone three and out on every opening drive in every game so far this year. We need to get off to faster starts. But overall, the program is in much better shape than with Brian Kelly. That’s for sure.

I wish we had Leavitt looking better in the passing game and think we had a poor game plan vs Golding.
