I can't see Les ever taking a job with another SEC program. I really do believe he was loyal to LSU despite all of his shortcomings

Les & Freeze are somewhat cordial if not friends. I don't see Les following him under these circumstances.

Like when he entertained Arkansas to get a pay raise?

I don't see them as a three-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust team.

Yeah Ole Miss needs CLM to run to short sides or right in the box.

Agreed - But Les needs a job, is close, and could start immediately.

Good thing we got rid of that les guy who was only the most successful coach in school history and hired a failed ole miss head coach.

Imagine the melt down if Les beat us with Ole Miss. I think it might be worth it just to read the rant afterwards.

11 consecutive winning seasons.

Man you haven't won 11 consecutive times at anything in your life.

With all due respect. You sir or madam are a jackass.

He'd actually have a successful career there, I think. Change their perception, recruit well (not as well as he did at LSU, but well). Then the biggest factor is the fact that they do not have nearly as high of expectations as we do.

Say what you want about his record at Ole Miss, but Ed Orgeron did a better job last year as head coach at LSU than Les. And they both had the same players, and the same offensive and defensive systems.

Anyways, about Les possibly at Ole Miss, unless he's had a dramatic shift in offensive philosophy (which he probably hasn't), his offense is far too antiquated to succeed at a school like that.

The tickets for an LSU/Ole Miss game next year in Baton Rouge would be off the charts on Stub Hub. ESPN would definitely come calling.

I don't think so. At Ole Miss, he wouldn't have Frank Wilson or even Ed to reel in recruits for him anymore.
