I know we like to shite on Ole Miss for taking LSU’s coaches, but I think none of us understand the absolute disaster that BK and Sloan were. I do think Austin Thomas and his staff were more than capable and these are pretty good hires for Ole Miss, am I worried about them, no as I have full trust in Kiffin and his off field staff to be at worse equal to and likely more capable than what we had in the past three years.

I disagree. Coaching was terrible last year and we had a vacancy at head coach.

I asked that question a good bit on Twitter. If OM has been the better program for the last 5 years, why are they excited about what is essentially a staff swap? None seem to want to answer that.
