Sources said newer allegations regarding the football team center on left tackle Laremy Tunsil, who was investigated during the 2015 season for receiving improper benefits and missed seven games.

The Rebels football team has also been scrutinized for its recruiting success under Freeze.

All of these infractions seems to be about women's track, women's basketball and Houston Nutt led football. May have something to do with Tunsil. There will be penalties that affect the team though.

The article in yahoo only says that part of the violations predate Freeze. It didn't say all. So some of this is football related and I, for one, and not shocked. Although I don't really care for the NCAA's process and my respect for them is not that same as it was when I was 20 years ago, I am interested what comes of this for football.

Any program which cheats in SOFTBALL just might be a little suspect.

This investigation may have really gotten traction right after the 2nd consecutive win over Bama! For Ole Miss to beat them twice with top ten recruiting classes has to set off alarms somewhere at Gump CIA!
