As a recruiter his job description was to go out and find the best HS players in the country to come play baseball for his employer, and that is exactly what he did. Sometimes unfortunately, pro entities shared the same value of players that he did, but if you don't pursue the Bregmans, Langes, Zeringues, etc., your program will eventually start to live in mediocrity.

Nah, let them go, they think how a bunch of freshmen and sophomores hit in february and early march will be consistent throughout the season. Pauls teams never get better throughout the season at the plate
