So the UCLA game starts at 5:30pacific time, which means LSU fans will have the whole day to tailgate and enjoy copious amounts of libations prior to the game.
It will be very interesting to see how the Rose Bowl is going to enforce the mask mandate, because I suspect there will be more than just one or two fans on the LSU side not wanting to wear a mask outside.

I'd think if you were smart enough to figure out how to buy a ticket for a game in california you'd be smart enough to realize there'd be some rules you have to follow to be able to be able to attend

Wearing one to get in, and wearing one once you have gotten in are two different scenarios!
I realize they won’t get in if they don’t have one on, I wasn’t talking about that situation as I assume most people are intelligent enough to understand that and have one available. I am sure a few won’t but that will be their issue to solve.
I am wondering about, once 25,000 screaming LSU fans that have been tailgating all day are in the stadium and decide they don’t want to wear a mask, what is going to be done about it that? I assume given a warning and if repeated thrown out, just gonna be sad to watch the Nazi’s in action.

I seriously doubt they will be enforcing this rule strictly.
There's an inside mask mandate and has been for some time and every bar I've been to in the last two months has been no rules (I live in the area).
No way they can enforce this at a football game.

1. Strict enforcement in the seating areas probably won't happen.
2. The typical LSU fan that this game in the Rose Bowl will not be a typical LSU fan in TS. I have observed this for many decades of attending away LSU games.
