Hahaha, this thread is full of fail, and it has nothing to do with the OP or Philip Rivers. It's all about the density.

Tommy Moffit is probably the best conditioning coach in the country. If anybody can shape up these freshmen, it's him.

Fixed

Harris was a full back for the Steelers. He played some tailback for his first two/three years, but made his mark at fullback for the Steelers from around 1974-75 to 1983. The tailbacks for the Steelers during those years were Rocky Bleier, Greg Hawthorne, Sidney Thornton and Walter Abercrombie.

Give me Hilliard at 225 with between 5 and 10 percent body fat and added strength, and we'll have us a RB that few people will want to tangle with.

you give me Hilliard at 225 and Nigerian Nightmare will twist him in a figure 8 like a annie anne's pretzel.

5 to 10 percent of body fat ain't going to cut it ina man's world.

Russell Shepard. Oh wait, that hasn't seemed to make much impact yet. Long lean frames, hard to mass up, Moffit or not.

We gonna have Hilliard at about 240 and he'll be running over some linebackers.
