I’d personally spend the money on the 1 or 2 best players on my draft board though.
The dart board strategy is fine but I’m taking Crews or Skenes first and worrying about the rest of my draft class later

Especially since underpaying #1 means you overpay later.

Glad I don’t follow MLB baseball like i do college sports then. Just start around playoffs. 150 plus games is ridiculous anyway.

We are LSU fans. We should root for and be happy for LSU players. It’s the right move for him to sign. Scouts saw enough of him in the fall. I’m not sure he could reasonably come back in time next year and significantly improve his stock. Happy for him if he gets what he wants.

Yeah, Skip was busy coaching his team to in Omaha when the draft was held. Or some years it was held in the week before Omaha and LSU was literally on the field having practice during the draft.
