Sounds like true fliers. Can’t knock the strategy if they’re not worried about filling their farm.
Given the player they picked between Neal and Noot was Jurrangelo Cijntje (the ambidextrous 2 way player committed to Miss State, ranked 34 on PG), seems like they just wanted to give themselves a chance at an elite player if the pool money worked out. At most, they’ll get 1 of the 3, and even still that is probably unlikely.

The non conference schedule is pretty much done they just have to wait for the SEC to release the conference schedule. We know basically what SEC teams we’re playing just not when.

That is why the strategy to get 14 of the top high school recruits will work if Jay can continue to do it. If you land 4-5 of the 14 out of each class that builds a damn good program.
