i cant believe they picked a 5-3 vs 0-8 matchup instead of a 7-1 vs 6-2.

Key for us on the road is getting off to a quick start, and build a little bit of a lead! So on that note, hopefully a few guys for us are hitting 3's and course keep playing our tight defense, we will take it. Especially have to play good interior D against Varnado, and also head fake some on offense inside in order to not have too many of our shots blocked by him. Also, if we play a zone, need to make it a tight one since they have been hitting the hell out of the 3's. LSU - 81 MSU - 76! Oh and stay the hell out of foul trouble, obviously!

no clue. i'd assume they pick after ESPN and CBS anyway. Go on a 15 day picking schedule or something...

They pick those games before the season I think. And LSU was coming off 2 losing seasons. I have never understood this.
But the problem is not that UGA/Tenn is on instead of LSU/MSU. The problem is that they aren't BOTH on TV. There is no excuse in 2009 for almost every SEC game to be on TV somewhere. There are dozens of sports channels mostly filled with crap 24/7

I think this is going to be Miss State's game. I look for a close game for a half or 2/3's and for them to pull away at the end.
