To review: Joe allowed Les to twist in the breeze for half a season; kept Miles after allegedly firing him; fired Les mid-season, promoted a DL coach; told the world he was conducting a full-blown search (while not conducting a full-blown search); botched hiring Jimbo Fisher; botched hiring Herman; botched finding a replacement; promoted O based on a binder; etc.
