I was glad to see Goody show a little bit of emotion after the last strikeout. Nothing to demonstrative, but a little bit of a fist pump. It shows that he was competing hard, and there is nothing wrong with being excited about a win. Winning is good. Winning is fun. The players should enjoy it.

This team has lacked a little bit of emotion the last year or so, minus Mikey Mahtook.

i love how they brought in Goody for the last 2 batters just to throw straight screamers right down the middle as if to say "try to catch up to these"

Nola just had one of the best pitching performances we've seen in a long time. He gave up a few hits and didn't have a ton of strikeouts, but he was in total control and had great command of three pitches.
