Official complain about stuff at the stadium thread...put them all in here!

As awesome as the game was, I do feel the need to point out a few things about my experience at the stadium....maybe just keep it all here in one thread so the negative crap doesn't pollute the board.
Anyways...here goes.
1) The PA was WAY too loud. It sounded good, but too much volume. I was lower bowl, about the 30 yard line, toward the top. Is it possible that the speakers just got aimed different since the scoreboard is gone from the south end?
2) Ok...I have been neutral about it for the most part, but the canned music has gotten over the top. There is too much of it... and it was too loud.
3) I am waiting for the griping about the band doing a Latin show at halftime, but I actually enjoyed it
4) And yeah...too many people leave too damn early. To each their own I guess. Tired of beating that dead horse, but I just don't get it.

I love the new system, more like the sound system at Bama and the Superdome. I like it loud and had us(the students) pumped... Also people complain about students leaving early, the student section was packed to the max while the rest of the stadium was only 75% full

bullshite. I was sitting high enough to see that the top half of the student section emptied at halftime. Plenty of students left early.

I'm in the East Upper on the south 20 yard line, and we could barely here Borne. I thought it wasn't nearly loud enough as a PA system.
My biggest complaint of the night was that it took us 30 minutes to get in the stadium through the security line. The two clowns they had checking bags and making everyone remove everything, and I mean everything, from their pockets had the line backed up more than I've ever seen it in the 8 years or so I've been sitting in the East Upper.

The new north plaza outside the stadium sucks. They built a permanent fence at the edge of the sidewalk and no longer let anyone cross from the time the team bus hitsthe top of the hill, to the time the band is done. They used to let you through the barricades anytime there was nothing going on. They also close off the area where the team enters the stadium, so coupled with the construction on the north, you are basically trapped there for 40 miutes. It was a giant cluster from 3:40-4:30.

I should have been more specific...the MUSIC was too loud. Borne was fine for the most part...but it seemed like they jacked the music up too much.

I know they left early, but was initially packed full where the rest if the stadium was subpar for the 1st home game if the season

why is it that if you don't have Verizon you cannot get service in the stadium....I mean its 2013 for fricks sake....there was a guy next to me watching espn mobile and I cant send a god damned text message

Actually, I got pumped right before the opening kickoff when they dropped the Coke and whatever ad is on the opposite side and showed about 50% more video. It was awesome! Then play started and they not only added it back, but there were a few times during TOs that they added a McDonalds ad in the middle so that the entire board was ads. Then I see the video boards from other games on TV and nobody else seems to do this. It looks bush league and tacky. Ads around the board are fine, but taking up the majority of it is a joke.
Concessions dropped the size of the "large" coke, still $5, though.

Apparently the ad problem is just for this year because they sold so many sponsors scoreboard ads so they all have to be there... Theoretically we should see more video space next year with the three scoreboards. But I'll believe that when I see it

My concession stand didn't have any of the rad new stuff they've been advertising.
