3.4 includes overage and everything correct?

Because he could just call him. There’s nothing more CPM can do to get Brice. He isn’t “recruiting” him anymore, it’s either take a pay check now or wait later. No last minute meeting from LSU will sway him any more either way
The max they can offer is 3.4. One of the LSU writers said it was 3.9 but he’s lost. He didn’t count any of yesterday’s signings.

Yes. That's with the 5%. That's the max they can offer without losing a first round pick in the future

Is LSU freshman orientation this week?

I really hope Hess ends up back at closer. His makeup just seems to really suit that role.

They have 8 sessions a summer

It won’t happen unless he wants it. He wants to try and start. I don’t see it changing unless we have a bullpen collapse

Hess will be fine as a starter with the depth at bullpen LSU has next year.

Hess is going to start the season as a starter but Paul isn't going to give him an infinite leash. If he struggles he will be moved to the pen.
That being said I fully expect Hess to be a very good starter for us next year

Oh ok. Was wondering when he'd need to do that if he planned to enroll for the Fall.
Posted on 7/4/18 at 7:55 pm to bubbz
yea I know that's the plan and I hope he's lights out as a starter. I believe he's a big league closer right now though. That's my preference for him but I know Paul isn't reading the board for suggestions

Very true. Yeah I forgot what that writers name is, and who he took over for. He is clueless, and this isn’t the first time he’s spit out bullshite he isn’t right about.

Bottom line on all this shite is that he wants to go to college and enjoy that life...but...hes had a predetermined "minimum" amount this whole time and they either get it or he signs w LSU.

I'm sure this may be common knowledge to some but I just saw on a turang highlight video on YouTube they mentioned his mother played college softball in a college world series and his four older sisters all played sports at the college level. Seems like that could carry some weight on him wanting to give lsu the "ol college try" .. I hope so at least. I guess there are 3.4 million reasons for him to go the other route but I thought I'd pass this along for those who didn't know.

Yes, his family seems to really enjoy the college life and he seems very close with his sisters.
Hope he comes.

If we need that much depth he may not be that good
