The thing is, Turang is negotiating with them still. They signed everyone else so he knows what they can spend.
What else would he be asking for unless he truly was considering coming to LSU? He knows they have $3.6 million (with an extra 5%) to spend. So are the Brewers not offering that? Or is he playing hard to get cause he isn’t sure?

Yeah, I expect it to be about 4. They will just spend the remaining time negotiating between 3.6 and 4 million.
