Peach Bowl was a lesser bowl under the BCS format. It is now a NY6 bowl and equal to what was previously a BCS.
This is actually the biggest non NC bowl game for LSU since 2006. Let that sink in. Great season.

I think it more has to do with it being a down year in CFB making a 3 loss season good enough.
Funny how a 3 loss season gets Miles sacked but now it's considered great under the new staff

Wasnt a down year? Was probably easily the most underwhelming year I've seen of college football. Acc championship had 5 loss Pitt. Big 10 had 4 loss northwestern. Even Pac 12 both teams playing with 3 losses. Texas is going to the sugar bowl with 4 losses lol.

Considering there is more parity in college football. There is a g5 that has been undefeated for 2 years, bama is probably one of the greatest teams of all time. Id say that this is a good season.
