I know this off topic but in on my way down to Louisiana and i have my fiance with and she's never been there were going to the spring game. She's never had cajun food and i haven't been back for awhile i was wondering a good place to eat before the game. Thanks in advance

Chimes is the correct answer.

1. Close to the stadium
2. Good selection of La/cajun food.

Chimes. Walkons is a good atmosphere, but their food sucks.

I've been in this camp for a while, but I've heard from people that I trust on the matter that they've stepped their culinary game up.

That said - Chimes is a GREAT place to introduce someone to "cajun" food, and the atomosphere is great as well.

Parrain's, Louisiana Lagniappe, and Acme Oyster House, all threeon Perkins,
and Capital City Grill on Lafayette St.
Jambalaya Shoppe on N 5th downtown also.

Chimes is closest to campus of course....
