Thank you for this spot on post. I haven't seen this much melt in a while.
People can criticize this a million different ways, but it's nothing more than a coach not getting along with an employee and moving on. The program will not crumble because of this.
Coach O is making his bed... good or bad. He's the coach and if this doesn't work out in two years he'll be shown the door. If it does work out, we'll be in the playoffs. All the melting in the world will not make a damn bit of difference.
