Oeaux is going nowhere now, so our fanbase needs to come together and support him.

At this point unless there is an epic fail the rest of the season, have you seen our Tigers play that won't happen!!!, Oeaux has coached his way into coaching through 2019 for sure at this point. And if you can't understand that you are too stupid to post on this board anyway.
So if you are a TRUE LSU fan and not a fair weather fan or a troll on here it is time to come together as a fan base and back Coach Orgeron. Look I am not saying you have to like the hire and I am not saying he has to be your favorite coach to coach LSU. What I am saying is whether you like it or not Coach Oeaux has coached his way into being the Head Coach at LSU for 2018 and the 2019 season for sure at this point and probably longer. Now can things change? It is college football things can change tomorrow, but what is the possibility or probability of that? At this point very, very low.
So all the nega-O fans just embrace and understand the fact that Coach O has received what he has earned. At this point slamming Coach O is hurting LSU because he isn't going anywhere for the next 2 years at least at this point so support him and that means you are supporting LSU. Imagine how much more successful he could be with full support from the LSU faithful. shite if you are a nega-O guy, what do you have to lose? He is here for at least 2 more years, go all in and have some fun by watching the Tigers and supporting the coaching staff - all of them - and see where that takes us.
Pull together as a team and a fan base and I can promise you we will go farther than if the fan base is split apart!

All I want is what is best for LSU and since we now know our coach is off the hot-seat for 2018 & 2019 "meaning he will be here for both seasons" coming together as a fan base and supporting him will be more helpful for our program when we recruit it is truly that simple. And as everyone knows by now, recruiting is the life blood of the program!

The only negativity I see is people repeatedly bringing up past discussions so they can get in their "told you so's" If people didn't do that all we'd be talking about is how great the team's doing right now.

I dont Think O earned or deserved the job up until now, but I’ll admit he is doing what he needs to now to keep it.
This is a better team than last year, and I thinj Onis coaching looser and better.

O has won me over mainly for his ability to address and fix problems. You guys can remember a few years ago how shitty special teams was. Half the kick offs were short or out of bounds. Field goals were iffy at best and teams used to gash us on kick off/punt returns. All of those issues seem to be in the past for now. We didn't have a solid QB, d line depth, or a kicker. O went out and recruited some guys to fill those roles as well. Unless this team has an epic meltdown you can't knock coach O right now.

If you can't see that we are trying to pass the ball more than in years past I don't know what to tell you. Also what was the first thing O did after being named the head coach....hired a new o-coord. to try and change things up. Didn't pan out like we all had hoped but he did try.
