You ok with a diva that attended LSU putting our current players eligibility at risk along with inviting the NCAA to come pick through our operations with a fine tooth comb? What he did with that security guard was dumb as hell too but pales in comparison to the other dumb and reckless thing he did the same night. Quit making excuses for this guys ignorance just because he played here. He embarrassed LSU on their biggest night when it should’ve been about our great coaches and players and put us in a negative spotlight with the NCAA and in the media.

Cop had to throw him out of the band too. There is one video out there that shows it took a while to get him out. He was pushing buttons all night

I’m worried you don’t know what objective means. That’s literally just an opinion. You know the kind you have around the dinner table to be palatable.
His behavior isn’t reckless. That’s literally your opinion. And my opinion of your opinion is that you sit down when you pee

Are you insinuating this makes him above the law?
I want to support OBJ, but he just operated with reckless abandon towards our program Monday night. So if his excuse is, he was inebriated, why can't he just come forward with a brief statement, "I never meant any harm to my beloved alma mater, LSU, and will make all efforts to rectify any consequences. I will support the student athletes in ways compliant with the NCAA, and embrace those that choose to turn pro. Love Purple, Live Gold."

You’re right. It’s myopic to believe that ODB on the sideline is a liability. Do you have any idea how much the idea of having pro bowlers on the sideline does for our recruiting.
Think. Then speak.

You don't mess with Barney Fife.
Posted on 1/16/20 at 8:30 pm to 7sbelegendary
You're as much of an idiot as OBJ is an embarrassment.

Yes. Correct.
I’m absolutely ok with it. The NCAA won’t touch us. Please bookmark this and come back to me when this is nothing.
I think what he did to that security was put him in his place. Good.
I’m not gonna act like I give a shite about that dork. But I love Odell

I’m not insinuating. I’m shouting it through cupped hands. Back up our boys. He puts in so much time to help us recruit. He loves LSU as much as we do if not more. And frankly if that was me on the sidelines, I’m worried I’da been twisting my nipples at midfield

I thought he acted accordingly. But it’s obvious your the kinda man that grew bitch tits too early

Yes it my opinion, that’s what people share on message boards, and it’s an opinion shared by lots of others who aren’t tainted by purple and gold glasses.
As for your insults, that’s common in situations when a debater has little or no substantive responses.

And what exactly are the facts? That you’re melting like a little bitch with skinned knees over Odell clowning that dork? Come on. Be a man, for once in your life.
You need to recognize what a melt is, son. Look up.

Regardless, LSU had it's greatest season, and college football's greatest season ever, tinged by some hood behavior. OBJ handing out cash was one thing but Chase using the ghetto gun jesture was just classless.
Both were embarassing to LSU.

That security guard desperately needs a sense of humor and some perspective.
No one should have an arrest warrant issued for a non-sexual-harassment pat on the bottom. If anything, the security guard should be arrested for wasting the police's time.
I hope the security guard is fired and ends up somewhere he can't go on a power trip. He's an embarrassment to the entire state of Louisiana.

First...this rent a cop was a complete arse and way overstepped his power or authority. Its not a crime to smoke in the super dome. There is a regulation prohibiting smoking in the dome (because it’s state owned property), but it’s just that...regulation NOT punishable by arrest or even fine. This is not in the criminal code. Only thing this security guard has authority to do is to ask them to quit smoking. At most he can kick them out of the dome if they do not comply and that is ONLY IF the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District passed a rule stating that this is what they want to happen. Not clear if this rule was actually passed, as this is a political subdivision, which requires them to follow the official rule making process applicable to political subdivisions. LINK to the law
But, let’s assume they’ve done that...at most the security guard can do is ask LSU to leave at that point. He has no arresting authority because he’s a security guard and he can’t even ask NOPD to arrest them since no criminal statute has been violated. He was a complete asshat and should lose his job. People defend him by saying he was just doing his job. No he wasn’t. He was on a power trip and way overstepped. 1. He is not a cop, so pretending he can arrest someone is inappropriate (and impersonating an officer is actually a crime as well). 2. Even if he was a cop, no crime was actually committed. You can’t arrest people if they have not committed a crime.
Second, OBJ was an arse hat and should be banned from LSU events. From the money, to the Neck debacle, to the arse slap in the locker room. He’s an embarrassment to himself and the program. His actions prompted an investigation into the program and resulted in an arrest warrant being issued to someone allowed into the locker room by the school. He should never be invited back to participate as a representative of the school.
First point and second point are not mutually exclusive.
