Stop getting your hopes up, he will get a chance to right the ship and he's earned it. Like it or not he will be the head coach for at least another year.

One more season that even Curley Hallman would be proud of and he's gone.

Y’all give O way too much credit, y’all need to stop with the “he’s earned it” statement! Most people I talk to about O whenever they said stupid stuff like this, can’t even tell me what he does/did to make the team better, seems like all he is is a rah rah guy!

I just don't think those in charge fire a national championship winning coach after a year or two? Is it that unreasonable to think along those lines?

I don't understand why some of you can't grasp that him being fired this year will have very little to do with the record of this football team.

You can't see past, "he won a championship last season."

There is some potential major major issues hanging over the football program right now.

Yeah unless it's something off the field he should get another year.

The ones in charge know what he is, and they weren’t here when he was hired, most elite programs, like LSU, would’ve never thought of hiring Ed Orgeron, thanks a lot Alleva! Look at it this way, LSU didn’t even need O to with the natty last year, he literally did nothing to help LSU....

Yeah, there are a bunch of people that are definitely not up to speed and seemingly totally unaware of the Title9 stuff and the potential upcoming fallout.

Based on this year, if O had any honor, he’d give 80% of his pay to Joe burrow, Joe Brady, and Dave aranda. They’re the ones that really earned his pay raise.

2 more 4-8 seasons

Burrow and Brady (once in a lifetime finds) aren’t walking back through that door

Maybe Urban will want to coach again in 3 years and our program can still be saved and isn’t completely wedged in the depths of hell at that point

And I’m telling you he’s gone by the middle of March at the latest. Book it!

Regardless he put that group together, Covid, SJW, losing 35 players are all reasons he gets another year unless other things prevent that.
