I don't understand the point of starting a thread like this. It's only going to bring in the kind of posts that you're bitching about in the first place.

Well I’m not an O hater, i just don’t think he’s a good enough coach to get us back to contention that said what I’m most “afraid” of is he’s Peter Gibbons and does just enough to not get fired and the CheeriOs are cool with it

We shall see, even though we supposedly have a good QB.
Not sold until I see some production in Arlington.

I have the same concerns. I'd rather him be wildly successful first of course, but if not I would rather him flop. Just as an analogy, I don't want the equivalent of an 8-8 NFL season.

That’s where you’re wrong. We want him to succeed, we just don’t think he is capable of sustained success.

I will give him credit for Burrow. But now it’s time to produce or gtfo. No more excuses, no more cop outs, no more rebuilding bull shite. If he doesn’t go 10-2 this year his arse needs to be grass. This SHOULD be the best team we’ve had since 2013.

The pressure for O to win has increased ten fold with the signing of Burrow.

I could just as easily turn this around and say you guys would rather have a Cajun coach than a good coach. Then, we would both look dumb.

NOBODY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. Quit acting like you guys know he will fail.

This is the dumbest narrative ever created

You’re right in the sense that no one can accurately predict the results of every game or the overall record for individual seasons. We do how everyone have a good idea of the blueprint to build a program that competes consistently for titles and nothing about O indicates he is capable of that.

I know he’s not going to succeed. I’m scared to death that it takes too long to run him off.
