It's not meddling. It's called leading. As a leader, O needs to have the proper level of communication and interaction with his coaches. A healthy two way dialogue should exist where both parties can inform, challenge, and support each other. Lack of awareness is a huge red flag.

There’s legit things to bitch about, this ain’t one.
So, don't mention "Joe Brady Offense" a million times in Summer.
There's NO creativity on this offense and there's always ways to get the ball to your playmaker(s).

That’s not what he said, which was that we have not been good at running screen passes since he got here. He doesn’t know why we have not been good. He DOES know why we don’t run them; it’s because we’re not good at them.
