You might be content with Myles' garbage qb play, but I'm not and I promise the people inside the program aren't either.
Well sadly for you no one gives cares about your opinion, and if you have such insight into how the players are feeling then you should go ahead and reveal your source.

So because you've been posting on a message board longer than i have, your opinion is more valid than mine?
my opinion doesn't matter more than anyone else. I'm just pointing out that you're an alter.

yeah Nuss sure looked great back there while throwing more interceptions than touchdowns in his only start

Poor Myles looked so scared while he threw 11 touchdowns and three interceptions

Except it actually does make more sense because I'm actually giving you valid reasons why Nuss should start.
What valid reason have you given besides your completely subjective opinion that he looked better? Because the stats don't say he's better. They say he's worse by a decent margin.

Actually, the only reasoning you've given is that he "looked better" to you.

An objective person can say he's the least experienced of all three, has the worst completion percentage, and has the most interceptions per pass attempt.

Nus passed for about a 50% completion percentage and some thinks he should start ahead of a 60% passer

Interesting

Nus has a 31.8 QB rating and Myles had 151 QB rating

An objective person can also say that none of that takes into account whatever improvements Nuss has made over the spring and summer.
And, objectively, none of us know what those are.

Of course.

That's what I've been saying.

No one here knows enough to have a valid opinion.

1. My eyes tell me Nuss has looked better
2. The actual game film shows me Nuss has looked better
3. Jacob Hester has said Nuss has looked better
4. Kayshon Boutee has said Nuss is better
5. Every player that has been interviewed has offered higher praise of Nuss than they have Myles
6. Not one single person who has been at practice or at camp has come out and said, "Wow Myles looks incredible, he's definitely going to be our starter this year"

I can lead a horse to water but I can't make him drink. If you can't see how apparent it is that MB isn't the guy then I can't help you and I'm not going to change your mind. In 2 weeks time Nuss will be named QB1, Daniels will be named QB2, and MB will be named QB3. MB will never take another meaningful snap for LSU and I'm saying this the utmost certainty

That's cool but it's already been proven that you know very little about what you're talking about.

You're completely misrepresenting what they said.

No one "in the know" has said that about any quarterback this offseason.

Does anyone know if Nuss’s dad is telling CBK when he wants him to play?

But you are using his teams record (which is the same as Daniel’s record his last 3 games btw) as a reason why he isn’t better, but don’t want to use his yardage and TD to INT ratio? How many games of Daniel’s have you watched fully?

I don’t care who starts as long as it gives us the best chance to win the most games.

Nuss hasn’t started yet, but in Daniels’ 29 starts, he threw for just over 6,000 yards with 36 TDs and 13 interceptions.

I know but he wasn’t talking about starts, he was specifically saying if you take the last time we’ve seen the 3 QB’s play in real games, Myles was the best.

Personally I think Nuss has the most potential and could be the best, but I want the QB who gives us the best chance to win the most games this season to play.

The amount of people who just took off & ran with Boutte’s rather mundane comments about Nuss is mind numbing!!

He never said nor even hinted that Nuss should be named the starter. All he said was that he thought Nuss would win a lot of games at LSU - Not necessarily this season, just at some point in his LSU career.

He as a true Freshman and I assume without the top WR by the time he did play? Can a true Freshman not make huge strides after a year? Also, Myles put up big stats against 3 horrific defenses. Miss St was up enough they could afford to trade completions for time. I need to see Myles better with 3rd down and extending drives during more important parts of the game. Not just put up a ton of stats in losing efforts.

Keep in mind Myles has not played since early in the season of 2020? People just assume he is the same guy or better. He took a long time to rehab from his last injury.

I am not attached to any particular QB, but all the reports from the offseason have consistently claimed Nuss has looked the best. This has been going on since Spring. I agree that offseason is not the same as real live action, but whoever wins the job should have earned it.

That's doesn't seem true. Reports from people in the know have been claiming Nuss looked the best. This dates back to before the Spring game and has been consistent for quite some time. I may do some research to retrieve that info for you if I can find it.

It really doesn't matter to me who starts as long as they had an open competition. It seems like some are hesitant to believe another QB could improve or look better than Myles?

That wasn't the statement I was refuting, the statement was basically saying "Wow, Player X is incredible, he'll definitely be the starter this year."

No credible person has said that about any of these guys.

I'm curious to see who said Nussmeier looked "the best" according to you?
