If you can't figure out in 4 games and weekly practices if he is your future, then you can't evaluate talent correctly.

Only idiots want to use his redshirt when he could be here for 3 more years.

Very possible

Very unlikely he does. If so, then LSU is probably screwed.

No longer the case in college football. Second-third round QBs are staying in school because they can make more money.

If he starts next year and is a Second-third rounder, he comes back another year. He can do that without a red shirt. If he is still a third or fourth-rounder after that year, there will be someone on the roster who would start in front of him the next year.

How many passes has he thrown at LSU? How many in live action against starting personnel with the game on the line?

If Nuss had competent pass protection & a solid running game, LSU may be undefeated, in the Top 3, a Heisman candidate and projected #1 overall pick.

But the OL is dog-shite, in every phase. Nuss can't make plays consistently under pressure. He can't extend plays or move the chains with his feet. For 8 games straight. TYFYS, but I've seen enough.

Give me the mobile guy and let's see what MVB can produce.

Nuss shouldn’t be allowed back in the facility. Their faith in him got them all fired.

This should not be even a question unless you are playing politics like BK. Opposing defenses love to see Nuss at QB because he make the offense no dimensional.

MVB. You aren’t beating top teams with Nuss anyway. We know this. Time to move on and develop someone else

I like Nuss. He’s a really good kid but I would be giving MVB the most reps with the first team and plan on giving him the start against Bama…

Hell, Nuss may opt out.

If I was the coach, I'd advise him to do so. He has the arm talent and ability to make every NFL throw. He needs to heal and get his body right for the next level rather than risk further damage to his abdomen and possibly lose offseason camp time with whoever drafts him.
