I’ll die on the hill Brennan would’ve done well or at least been serviceable had COVID not happened and Coach O spiraled out of control

Brennan was leading the SEC in yards and TDs before he got hurt. He was the next big thing.

Yea.

We had to bring in Burrow because Myles was too young and then Myles had to retire because we brought in Jayden.

Shame.

And Brennan never sabotaged an LSU season like Nuss did against A&M, Bama and UF.....

The only similarities, they are both white QBs and both love LSU.

More importantly, let's hope he doesn't wear flip flops outside of the house.

There was a WWL article that hints that there was more to the story than this.

Idk how to feel about this post. Myles never transferred, and he had chest. So your post is completely wrong on that point. Also, though, Nuss is the big time thrower we thought we'd get with Myles.

I think Myles would have been great if he hadn't had the injuries.

It's generally agreed that Nuss was responsible for both Marcel Reed of the Aggies, and Bama's Jalen Milroe each rushing for 185 yards and 3 TDs in their respective games vs the Tigers

I have a freind who it took until halfway through last season to get over Brennan not getting the starting job in 2022. He was devastated. He'd recount Brennan's stats the games he started before he got hurt every time it came up, saying he did not understand.

Whether Brennan just lost the passion or whatever, he was by all accounts third on the depth chart after that spring but he would not accept that. Would not believe that.
