Bottom line is he’s a kid,

Nope, he is a legal adult who signed NIL contracts and made bank. Criticize away folks...

I hope Nuss does well in life, but I doubt it will be playing QB on Sunday because he never dominated on Saturdays. I admire him because...Always a Tiger. Graduate and matriculation to your best life.

Kids dont make millions in a year. Hes a paid professional. Quit coddling him. Hes not a 9 year old on a travel ball team. Welcome to the real world. Quit crying.

Lazy or not, he clearly had a severe injury for most of the season and should not have been in the lineup in the first place. The coaching staff ruined his draft stock in the process.

Im not going to shite on him I hope some one signs him and he can be a professional qb.
He is sloppy in his foot work he doesn't step up in the pocket.
Ive heard he doesn't use the VR system it works why not give it a chance. But he dosen't give LSU the best chance to win.
Him not taking the sack before half was a stupid decision and it cost his team.
His reaction to getting hit hobbling around like an old man. He dosen't inspire his team.

He would have been a hero had he sacrificed his redshirt and played the bowl game. Fans would have loved him for it and his 4000 yard season would have been his final one and would have had him very high in the nfl draft. The guy is a terrible decision maker on and off the field and now he is reaping what he has sown.

I’m reading all these comments about people not feeling sorry for him because he’s a millionaire. I guess I’m a softy, because I do. That dude was all about LSU. Was he overrated? Yeah. Was he lazy during the offseason? Maybe.
I hear mixed reports, but most likely he didn’t prepare like he should have. Bottom line is he’s a kid, not even close to being fully developed mentally yet. When we were that age, none of us would have turned down millions. I don’t fault him.
I fault what this hand-out world has become. It’s ruining people. It would have ruined the majority of us too if we were handed all that money and entitlement. I hate what this world and game has become. So yeah, I feel sorry for him. He’s a heart broken kid and feels like a failure.

Good post.

LSU fans are some of the worst. They are very willing to attack a player for failing to perform. I'm not talking about simple criticism of play. That's fair and to be expected. It goes well beyond that.

Nussmeier hasn't had a good year. I don't enjoy seeing him fail. I hope he gets another shot and can finish the year on a positive note.

A kid? GTFO clown. Dude is a 5th year Senior that’s engaged to be married. He’s a grown arse man that made 4 million just this year to put on a lazy display of a shite show.
