Now that the season is over.. the championship was lost when Samyah Smith got hurt.

Sad to think what could’ve been. She was poised to have a year close to Reese sophomore season. But she could actually make layups with touch around the rim. The day she went down in that shitty high school gym I think we all knew deep down the championship was lost.

Yep, Poole would have a helped a lot also. Forgot about her.

Smith was really good last year and great in the tourney. She did everything well. She would have made a huge difference to the depth. Also, she is just a smart player.

You are so right. Morrow either got nicked or ran out of gas. She def was more affective earlier in year.

We had no depth this year. It is what it is. We used a lot of mojo in 2023, and it is extremely tough to repeat.

Im curious what wolfenbargers role will be. She’s 6’5, but played a wing at Arky. I wonder if Kim will try and transition her to a post with her obvious athleticism.
