I would think ESPN/ABC would have kept the lid on this up to air time.
They've known this and how many players are involved for some time now, and I find it strange they would allow this information out at this time.

Man if this is true this will be an outright massacre. I was really looking forward to a competitive game but damn. This may be a disaster

This really sucks, I wanted to see a great game with 2 top teams.
I know a win is a win, but we'll get no love or respect from this game. I thought a big win in this game could really give us some momentum for the season and get the guys confident....I dunno now.

It will be tough from a chemistry stand point, losing guys that have been taking the most meaningful reps. (Well and tough if it is true they are losing a whole stable of RBs.)
BUT, less talented teams than the depleted team UNC may have to field Saturday have given teams as talented as LSU fits. A blowout is not guaranteed. But LSU to win would certainly be an easy bet if close to 16 players are out.
