Kyle Trask is the best QB in the SEC this year and it’s not close. KJ Costello should put up video game numbers in Leach’s offense also. After those guys I’d put Mac Jones and Jamie Newman and the tier under them I’d put Myles Brennan, Kellen Mond in the next tier. Myles could be in the first tier by mid season if he plays like he’s capable of with our players. The rest of the SEC had potential but is unproven. Terry Wilson is good for what they do at Kentucky and John Rhys Plumlee is a ridiculous athlete for Lane Kiffin so they could have really good years. Watch Ryan Hillinski at SCar that kid can really spin it if the rest of his team shows up. Bo Nix has yet to impress me.

How in the world do you have Brennan in a tier with kellen mond’s garbage arse, a tier that you have BEHIND Mac jones? Jones hasn’t proven anything that Brennan hasn’t

There’s no reason anyone should be scared of an unproven, unknown QB

No one was scared of Burrow at the beginning of the year.

Having Chase, Marshall, McMath and probably Gilbert will take a lot of pressure off Brennan. Just need the OLine to hold up as his decision making and delivery may be a tick slower

Remember when people (most of us included) scoffed at the talk of us scoring 40, 50, 60 points a game last year?

Yea it matters very little what others think us included.

Oh well. Coming into 2019 there probably weren't many SEC coaches "scared of Burrow." If I recall, QB rankings had Tua, Mond, Franks, and Fromm all above Burrow. Maybe others.

All Brennan has to do is get the ball to the playmakers and cut down mistakes. We do that with the playmakers we have and we will be golden.

We finally get a semi-functional offense for the 2nd time in well over a decade and now it's a given going forward? . I'm skeptical of Brennan myself. He's been here, what, 3 years? 0 quality experience and even the mop-up duty has been pretty limited.

He threw 1 TD last year. How does that even happen when we were blowing out half the teams we played? If the coaches trusted him, he would have been tested a whole lot more.

I think Brennan will have a better year than Burrow did in 18 because of him already being here for 3 years. Plus Chase and Marshall already established as two of the best WRs in the country with tons of talent behind them.

Because I’m being objective and not just wearing my purple glasses. I think Myles is much better than Mond but he hasn’t proven anything yet. Mac Jones has at least had a few starts under his belt and looked pretty solid most of the time so I put him just ahead. That doesn’t mean I think he’s better than Myles, he’s just had more playing time. It would be biased to just put Myles at the top because he’s LSU.

While I 100% agree with this statement, then why does all the media outlets thinks Young is the second coming of Jesus and already better than Brennan who has at least played some snaps in SEC games? Just saying you can't use the he hasn't proven anything argument for one guy while completely ignoring it with another.

At the beginning of last season no one was scared of Burrow either. At the end of the season they were in awe of him.

“All your posts are about Myles since you joined. What's the story here?”

I coached him in HS.. nobody thought he would be much of anything there either.
We see how that ended up.

That’s why I said they (will learn to fear him).
Learn, as in the future after he has schooled them. What’s so hard to comprehend what’s being posted here. It will happen. I know it’s hasn’t happened yet but I’ve seen it happen before and it’s about to happen again.

I don’t put Brennan at the top. But he’s showed me enough that I certainly have him ahead of mond.

That is why its called a "Prediction".

With the same OL and WRs we had in "18", I wouldn't predict much success either.
How many passes were dropped in"17" and "18" that ended drives.
How many were dropped in "19".
Burrow repeatedly gave his WRs credit for much of his success.
Orgeron has improved the team talent every year since he became HC. We have experienced talent at every position. If a freshman beats out a starter, that's lagniappe.
I believe Brennan can find someone open when throwing to Chase, Marshall, McMath, Palmer, Boutte, and Gilbert.
I believe, Davis-Price, Emery, and Curry will hit a few home runs as well.
We riden!

Don’t even mention Myles Brennan in the same sentence as that schittstain Mond.

This forum cannot Spot NFL 1st Rd talent when they see it. Myles is a once-in-a-gen talent.

Myles Brennan has all 6 throws to be a pro.
Myles has the best low bullet in CFB.
Myles has an accurate lob pass (bomb).
Myles has an NFL 70 yard arm (Joe 55)
Myles has a better arm than Sunshine
Myles has a better arm than Fields
Myles has good touch on his passes
Myles has NFL prototype QB height/wt
Myles has 4.7 speed half a step faster n Joe
Myles has learned how to review film
Myles has learned how to dissect defenses
Myles given the opportunity did just that

Wake the phuckk up folks

All the little doubters are gonna be splooging on Myles after about two games

Don’t any of you remember a FLAWLESS FKNG 75 YARD NINE PLAY DRIVE against #4 Oklahoma

Watch the 4th Quarter!
Watch Joe tiring out and fumbling!
Watch OK drive in a quick score to hit 28!

Watch Myles Brennan surgically cut their fkn hearts out to give us 63 points while running the 40 second play clock to near zero

Watch last 4 mins LSU vs OK

Exactly, it’s his time to show what he has on the field.
