You keep leaving guys open and they will.

Lots of young player losing people in the half court set. Need to get better.

LSU gave up 55 points in the second half. Unacceptable.

I hope not. That was some awful perimeter defense.

Solid win but our perimeter defense needs some serious work

No, they really won’t

We do need to fix that but that was an absolutely unreal shooting night for any college team

Yeah. The guy that went off in the 2nd half had a ton of uncontested shots.

The good news is that as on fire as that team was, LSU was up by double digits most of the 2nd half and still won by 6. Good W.

It’s not how good they shot. It’s how we weren’t there to defend a lot of them and the failure to recognize who was hot and where he was shooting from. Galloway shot all of his 3s from the same damn spot at the top of the key and we let him just shoot most of them without moving him off the spot.

We executed at the free throw line and that was the difference in the game. But that’s two games in a row to start where we can’t defend a hot shooter.

Our young guys looked great on offense. Talent won that game. We have to get better defensively. Those guys made everything, but so will all the other talented teams we play only they will slow our offense down better. Again our guys are young and I trust wade will improve this week to week.

19-33 from behind the arc? about as likely as a person jumping to the moon

Was it last year or the year before that when other teams always had their best outside shooting performances against us?
