Don't get why people shite on other conferences now, are we only supposed to be confined to the sec with regards to this search?
Surely we can't look at the ACC, Big 10/12, PAC 12, or any other conferences bc of how shitty they are.

Also would everyone agree Saban is a better coach at Bama than he was while at Lsu? Stands to reason Jimbo has learned a bit since he was at Lsu. I'm not sold on him being hired but if you don't go Herman or Gary Patterson who do you get? Everyone thought it was time for miles tenure to be over but now all you hear is griping about the potential hires. People Saban isn't coming back

Jimbo has has FSU in the top 20 total offense for the last 4 years.
LSU hasn't finished in the top 70 except 2013 (33rd)
FSU total offense rank:
2012 - 9th in the country
2013 - 4th in the country (LSU'S best offense in a while at 33rd)
2014 - 21st in the country
2015 - 4th in the country
2006 (LSU with Jimbo) - 14th in the country

Coached #1 OVERALL pick at qb in NFL draft 2 times in 8 years.
Had lsu at #14 total offense his last year here. And balanced at that. #22 passing offense.

They have forgotten or blame his ineptness on Miles. Some on this board blame Miles for everything. To those, Vitter lost because of Miles.
