And the thread I quoted you crapping on was about a fan or group of fans appreciation for the other QB.
(adding you to the long list of hypocrites on this topic)

Very true.
I see way more defense of JJ on this board than I do in the real world.

Very true,
And way less sympathy for JL shortcomings=backfoot, fold under the least sign of pressure, throwing into double coverage,AMONGOTHER THINGS.

if JJ makes a practice squad this season I would be fricking shocked. The fact is the guy had an unlimited amount of opportunities to prove himself and was consistently terrible, mediocre on his best days. There have been hundreds of more productive QBs in college who barely even sniff the NFL. Sorry, I just have my doubts JJ makes it.
So you're saying Matt Flynn sucked too?

Anyone comparing JJ to MF, Tebow, or any other NFL QB for that matter, should be subject to testing for cause.

both have there faults, that's true, but I don't get why LSU supposed fans come down so hard on them. They both had fairly successfull careers at LSU, dispite the fans. They both ranked high statistcally among SEC QB's,granted, not a conference known for it's QB's, but it is a tough conference. You would have to think that two of the better SEC QB's this past season would have a halfway decent shot of possibly sticking with an NFL practice squad and that there fans would be behind them in this quest.

people come down hard on JJ because he pouts, acts like a child, and generally doesn't give a frick about anyone but himself

Is it OK if I compare JL's quick release and accuracy to Dan Marino's? JJ has been compared in the past to another big powerfull QB in the vien of another QB who played at Florida who also displayed an unconventional throwing style.

at least the people that count don't view him this way. His teammates elected him team captain.

you didn't ask about his teammates. Good riddance to the guy. He was a below average player with poor character. Good luck in the NFL or the real world.

They weren't below average players, nor do they have poor charactor. JJ and JL devoted 4 years to LSU and I wish them well

By the numbers, they were both below average CFB QBs.

Our southern brethren are experts at judging character from afar. It helps our region to excel [sarcasm].

All in with you. 5 years for Lee, 4 for JJ. Both under the persistent scrutiny of our a-hole fans.

you think JJ showed good character by throwing his teammates under the bus and sticking a knife in his coach's back? I never said anything about JL's character...
