Next year’s Corners as of now

We will only be returning Welch and Jalyn Davis Robinson. I think Allen is a Nickel. All will be Sophomores with little game time experience.
We have 3 star recruits Ashton Stamps and Jerimiah Hughes incoming. Hopefully we hold onto Daylen Austin, a high 4 star.
We have a good chance to land 5 star recruits Javien Toviano and Desmond Ricks.
I think Welch will be a starter here and the staff is high on Davis Robinson, and I think one of the incoming Freshmen could have a good chance to start. With that said, we definitely need some elite corners from the portal and I think we almost have to take a chance with Denver Harris

Toviano is a day one starter if we land him and it looks like we will.
I expect to take at least one corner in the portal, whether that’s Denver Harris or someone else. Sevyn Banks will hopefully be healthy and capable of contributing. Sage Ryan needs to start putting it together. But we’re not in as dire of straights as it seems.

We’ll be fine. Close on Ricks and Toviano who we’re favored to land as blue chip 5 star talent freshman CBs and grab Denver Harris and another transfer CB like Hardaway or Cypress and the position becomes a massive strength. Sevyn Banks will be coming back for a do or die last year as well if he can stay healthy he’ll play a lot of football for us too.

My opinion has changed slightly because it seems like he has reached out to LSU, and to me that appears to show a little bit of growth. I have no doubt that he knows at LSU he is going to have to stay miles away from trouble. He could go elsewhere and keep being the same person and what happens happens. Sounds like he wants the more difficult route.
