when was it made by O? or when was it made known?
This board is bipolar as frick.
"Why did O fire Peveto when he did?"
"He should have waited to fire Peveto until after signing day"
Now it's
"Coach O is shady for reassigning Juluke after signing day"
destined to fail no matter what.

If this was really about New Orleans they would go to Tulane. Those coaches are just bitter af. Watch Fournette comes out and makes a statement, him and Honey Badger will have LSU back and Debo and Duke Riley

Yes it's true. I was told that McMath wasn't gonna even visit if JJ was fired.

Then maybe we should stop bringing them up in this discussion.
well kids are what this is ultimately about, so that would seem silly

This has to be the dumbest shite I've seen in a long time. Congrats NO coaches.
It's a power play. I can promise you an interested third party is inciting.

Those schools in New Orleans that are boycotting are part of the problem with college football. They all have their hands out. They are looking to convert their kids to money or jobs for themselves.
Juluke is a prime example. They get to the big leagues and are completely overwhelmed. Just because you coach in inner city, Nola doesn't mean you are a good coach.
If I'm O, Tell them to have fun in Kansas because they will be back on the street in New Orleans by midterm.

Correct.

More than one. But the main one coaches running backs at Alabama.

I don't know how it isn't
Do we think this would have happened if O had fired Juluke when he fired Peveto?
This is a transition year. All of the coaches knew that. The insecurity of the job was a result of Miles being fired...not Ogeron getting hired.
Orgeron was hired and had 2 months to finish up the class. It's not the scenario anyone wants to be working under...but Orgeron has the right to set his staff the way that he wants, and the responsibility to deliver on the recruiting trail to the school.
Juluke was paid for his time...and in fact, was given an admin position so that, if he couldn't find something this year, he wouldn't be hurt financially.
This is sour grapes. Nothing more.

I have to admit, I would be pissed at LSU if I was the coach or father of a kid recruited by Juluke.
Doubtful. If your kid was being recruited by Juluke, there's a better than 90% chance he didn't sign with LSU anyway, so what would you have to be pissed about?

Im sure ill catch hell for this, but frick these coaches for using these kids as leverage.

Should we give McMath the option to leave (if that is possible)?

I don't disagree with any of this
but this doesn't change the fact that if the kids were lied to, its reasonable to be angry about it

Can McMath be released of his LOI? If the young man doesn't want to be a Tiger, let him go.
