like I said when it happened, firing coaches the day after signing day is shitty

How much recruiting did Sarkedian do at Bama before he bolted for the Falcons. Did he wait until after NSD to leave ?

Like I said previously, if it's not about skin color, why weren't the other coaches in the Nola area involved in this boycott meeting?
Do you know for a fact they weren't invited? Do you know for a fact the underlying circumstances that made these particular coaches feel the meeting was necessary; maybe they are specifically concerned about the way recruitment was handled at those schools. Maybe they feel O or Juluke didn't follow through on promises made directly to them or their players. None of us have any idea. I have no problem acknowledging that it could be totally racially motivated. Why is it so hard for you to consider it may be something else?

Him accepting another job doesn't invalidate it.

It's interesting to say the least. Regardless, Juluke wasn't an Orgeron hire, so on the surface, it shouldn't have been a big deal that he was demoted, especially if there were some recruiting snafu's AND if Canada wanted his own people.
Who knows if we'll get the full story.

I thought the off the field role was temporary so he wouldn't lose his benefits until he got a new gig? Not about spending time away from coaching.

Story came out today that it wasn't going to work out between them anyways and it was probably inevitable.

He was reassigned because a family illness made it hard to do his duties was what I heard. Nothing invalidates that of yet.

Not really. He very may well have to cut back on recruiting at Texas Tech. O may not have wanted a coach that was halfway in on the field for recruiting, which is understable and why the off the field role was offered.

Sounds like some shady stuff going down behind the scenes. This can't be the only reason these coaches are pissed

Saban decided after their first meeting post championship that it would not work out.

No I don't.. did I say that I did?
That's my point. You keep asking why coaches from Jesuit and Brother Martin won't be at this meeting implying that they won't be there because they aren't black. But you just admitted that you have have no idea why the won't be there. Race baiting goes both ways, bruh

A big part if is it race. I am not mentioning which one of those coaches said so. Would create more of a shitstorm than already is.

I know you're so desperate to hate everything Orgeron. It's cool.
Posted on 2/7/17 at 2:43 pm to lsupride87

I remember Meyer firing a position coach the day after signing day and he got destroyed for it
its shady as frick and would piss me off
