I sense your sarcasm. A few weeks ago, Tennessee was #1 and LSU was #2, both teams went 2-2 for the week, Tennessee stayed #1 while LSU dropped to #8 - and LSU’s two losses were to a top 10 team on the road.

Bingo. Thank you for getting it, not that it stops the resident board morons like LSBoosie from completely missing the point and running their mouths.

ETA: we went 2-2 not to mention the fact that we were in a very good position to win game 2 and the series against a top 5 opponent on the road and dropped 6 spots. Tennessee gets absolutely destroyed by a 16-15 team and drops 3 spots? It’s just funny

Just not when LSU loses a road series against a top 10 team. D1 certainly seemed to overreact to that.

No we just realize that some drops are more drastic at different points during the year based on a variety of factors. As the season goes on, you have more data to pull from, so it's easier to predict the rankings. Sorry that you were upset about the rankings from fricking March 23rd.

Understandable that you were happy about LSU dropping from 2nd to 8th in one week.

I wasn't happy, I just really didn't give a frick.

I'm cool with being in the top 5. Number 1 spot seems to be jinxed.

Anything specific you are referring to?

You trying to act all moderate when you’re easily one of the most overly emotional posters on the site any time LSU loses. Like a teenage girl really.

It’s just amusing.

Again, anything specific that you are referring to? Are you just referring to the fact that I thought Cowan and Evans were misused in the Texas series?

You act like a petulant child any time LSU loses. You think you’re slick trying to act moderate, but you really aren’t. A lot of people see through it, just look at the responses to your attempts ITT for proof.

Is that not specific enough for you?

He means game 3 when LSU only won by 7 runs. That was totally unacceptable.

Not really. Can you link a few posts that would help you make your point? I think I'm pretty fair when assessing the team's strengths/weaknesses.

I’m good. Reading your drivel once is enough.

Either back up what you are saying or gtfo. You do the same thing every time. Claim that all of these posters are "melting" then when someone asks you to give an example you refuse to do so. Last weekend you were throwing out the possibility of Stanfield being benched

I don’t need to prove it. Plenty of people here know exactly what you’re about and have seen your absurd reactions. It just makes it that much more amusing when you try to pretend you don’t throw bitch fits every time LSU loses.

You mean when he was 7 for 23 in the first 8 conference games? Yes, I said there are talented outfielders behind him that are itching for ABs. Was that controversial? Seems like some who believes “I'm pretty fair when assessing the team's strengths/weaknesses.” Would understand that, no?

Then again, you’re captain hindsight and using his 8 for 15 streak since that post to “gotcha” me. Par for the course from you.

That's fine. You can keep saying thing without any proof. I'm sure plenty of people on here will believe it.

Yes I am talking about the guy that has played in every single LSU game this season. The guy that you said could "better heat up with the bat or he won’t see much action in the back half". when there was literally zero evidence to support your claim that he could possibly be benched, even when he was 7 for 23. You were just saying shite just to say it.

I'm not using hindsight, I've just never even thrown out the possibility of him being benched because I never thought it was a possibility. For someone who is claiming that I melt every time LSU loses, using 23 at bats as a sample size for saying that the starting center fielder might be benched seems kind of reactionary...
