if you're basing your rating on memorable moments of course a brand new stadium isn't going to win there.
If like a normal person you base it on looks and amenities then the new box kicks the ever living crap out of that old crap hole

the new stadium is 5 years old, already has a CWS under it's belt and just had a top 3 game all time played in it. But that's not enough for some i guess.

my only complaint i really ever had was the grass looked like shite in 2009 .. but that has since been corrected and the field looks top notch now ..

only advantage of old box was more lax security i.e. rolling your ice chest right up to the gate and snagging beers during the game

Old Box -Never lost championship round
New Box- Giving high fives to a team from Long Island
Old box has tons of games like game 1 in its history... The atmosphere isnt close, either. I like the building, it's much more comfortable, but it has no mojo.

Nicholson at south stadium with its crosswalk is much easier to cross than Nicholson at Burbank.
